Hi, I’m candice Hsieh!
“Be original, be organic, and be faithful to who I am.”
Originally from Taiwan and now based in Montreal, I am weaving together my love for design, learning, and human flourishing. With honors in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design, I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Learning Sciences at McGill University.
I yearn for design and am fond of innovation. My professional path began as an educational visual designer, creating playful and imaginative learning materials for children. Today, my focus has expanded toward instructional design, learning experience design, and digital education. I explore and apply design thinking, multimedia tools, and evidence-based pedagogy to craft inclusive and meaningful environments that empower diverse learners.
I am passionate about reimagining education through design. For me, design is not only about aesthetics, but also about empathy, accessibility, and sparking curiosity. I see education as a canvas that blends creativity, psychology, and innovation — turning knowledge into experiences and learning into lifelong inspiration.
